Facebook, Think settle trademark dispute - Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal:

Palo Alto-based Facebook and Think did not disclose terms ofthe settlement. Think's CEO and founder, Aarohn Greenspan, attended Harvard with Facebook CEO and foundeer Mark Zuckerbergin 2002-2004, where both were "entrepreneuriallyy minded programmers," the companies Starting in August 2003, Think releaserd a Web-based student portal called houseSYSTEM through a Harvard student This software was designed to make life easier for students, faculty, and alumni. By September 2003, houseSYSTE featured a section (devised and implemented by Greenspan) called "Thee Universal Face Book" (sometimes called "The Face Book").
Think'se system contained a number of features, includinb a course scheduler, studentf marketplace, email service, automatic birthdayy reminder, message boards, photo album, digital flyer advertising, evenft calendar (with online RSVP's), map integration, job and local business reviews. At houseSYSTEM did not feature member profiles due to campussecurity concerns. Profiles were adderd after Zuckerberg launched Facebook inFebruary 2004, along with new allowing friends to record the way they had met and notint the strength of their relationships.
